What is a "sollbruchstelle":

1. predetermined breaking point
2. rated break point [tech.]
3. pull linkage [tech.]

https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Sollbruchstelle
http://dict.leo.org/englisch-deutsch/sollbruchstelle

The term was used untranslated at `Portmoak airfield`__ in Scotland for
what `wikipedia describes as "weak link"`__ but seems to have not gained
broader use (unlike kindergarden, say).

And which meaning did you intend in the code? (_html_base.py)

I have never heard this term before. The Docutils codebase uses
English; let's keep it that way.

Please choose a different attribute name. Something descriptive is
best, so that everyone can understand the intent.

Thanks!

I hope the non-German developers now understand it also without the comment.
