** [bugs:#280] Confusing (old?) odtwriter docs and code in the sandbox**

I recently stumbled upon odtwriter/rst2odt, which is exactly the tool I've been looking for for a while. However, googling for "odtwriter" returns two pieces of documentation:

http://docutils.sourceforge.net/docs/user/odt.html
http://docutils.sourceforge.net/sandbox/OpenDocument/docs/odtwriter.html

Initially, I've been looking at the sandbox version of the docs, since it has a more recent data (2013 vs 2012). However, I've since learnt that there is an rst2odt included with docutils, which is documented by the first link above.

I suspect that odtwriter originated in the sandbox and was later included the main source, so the sandbox version is now deprecated.

To prevent further confusion, perhaps the sandbox version should be removed? It might be useful to keep sandbox/OpenDocument/docs/odtwriter.html and perhaps also sandbox/OpenDocument/README.html and have them contain a link to the new documentation (since I think these urls might have some incoming links still).

I've (mostly) emptied out that ``OpenDocument`` directory under
``sandbox``.

In the README and in the document under ``docs``, I provided links
to the main ``docutils`` Web page (http://docutils.sourceforge.net/)
and the ODT writer documentation
(http://docutils.sourceforge.net/docs/user/odt.html).
